Fit-outs that match from one vehicle to the next
Most fleets grow a vehicle at a time, and the fit-outs grow the same way. One ute has the light bar switch on the dash, the next has it under the radio, and the van has a beacon nobody remembers wiring in. Every difference is one more thing for a driver to learn and one more place to look when something fails.
We settle on a layout with you, then build every vehicle of that type to match, with fused and protected wiring behind it and the asset number in the same place on each one. Our fleet vehicle fit-outs page covers what goes in, and our fit-out guide runs through what to settle before a new ute lands.
AC for crews who work out of the cab
For a lot of service crews, the ute is the office, the smoko room and the toolbox. If the cab won't cool down, the break between jobs isn't much of a break.
The easy way in is a fleet AC check before summer. We come to the depot, test each vehicle's AC, regas the ones that need it and make sure they're blowing cold before they go back out. While each one is in front of us, we look over the electrics and wear items and quote what we find, so you decide what goes ahead.
Small faults, sorted at the depot
Plenty of the faults that park a fleet vehicle are small: a corroded plug, a wire chafed through behind a light bar, a second battery that isn't charging. We track down the cause at your depot or yard, so you don't lose the vehicle to a workshop for the day.
One call covers the fit-out, the electrical faults and the aircon, so you're not briefing three trades to keep one ute on the road. If weekdays are too tight, we do weekend work by arrangement.
